A
America Libre came forth from the initiatives of Willy Toro, theologist, and Arturo Valera, political scientist. Both of them have an internal call to transform Latin America establishing fundamental freedom by promoting and helping limited governments, that minimize the interference of State in everyday life of citizens and maximize personal and private sphere’s initiative. Likewise, they promote governments that nourish and motivate their citizens through incentives, instead of limiting them through laws and regulations that punish people with expensive taxes, suffocating structures and lots of paper work. In this way, freedom of worship, freedom of expression and freedom of association are exalted. Producing fair societies that protect and acknowledge the importance of life, family, private property, law and justice.
